OP17 is here — what matters for a new player?

OP17 is now tournament legal in the English format. The headline for competitive players is a faster clock; the headline for beginners is much smaller and much more useful.

Confirmed

• The set is legal in Constructed events from the release date.
• It contains reprints of two commonly played low-cost Characters.
• Prerelease sealed events ran the weekend before release.
