What happened
Bandai confirms INTERISTASBARAZZINO as champion and Xixo as runner-up. Secondary deck records identify Mihawk and purple Enel respectively; both semifinalists played blue Rocks D. Xebec.
Why it matters
Xebec warrants testing alongside Enel and Robin. Treat London as evidence from the environment before the rule change.
What we can't confirm yet
Bandai shows both semifinalists as joint third; OnePieceDB orders them third/fourth. Use “two semifinalists.” Its 1,024-player figure is a database record, distinct from the prior organizer's 1,536 capacity.
